One of my first pieces I created for digital design. We had to create a piece to go along with an article about technologies and the future. I always think about space when I think about the future, but I wanted to have it being a "glimpse" into the future, so I decided on an eye. It started as two pictures, one of an eye and another of a galaxy. I placed the galaxy in the eye and blended the two into one. I also manipulated the color of the eye (originally blue) into a greenish-yellow to match the galaxy. It also made the eye look like it belonged to a robot, which I thought was cool also. Although it was one of my early pieces with digital design, I like the way it came out.
